Founded in 1989, KAS is a fully accredited PreK–12 international school. BACK TO ANCIENT ROME 🏛️ Our elementary school students stepped back in time for an immersive Roman Camp experience! As part of their Ancient Civilizations Unit, they explored what life was like in Ancient Rome—right from their own classroom. Supported by the LARP 宗親會 team, students dressed the part in tunics, helmets, and shields as they explored Roman daily life and tactics through interactive activities and group formations like the well-known “testudo.” Experiences like this bring history off the page and make learning stick in a whole new way. #高雄美國學校

Last week was a big moment for our Kindergarteners 🎓 Feels like just yesterday they were walking in for their first day—and next year, they’ll be heading into Grade 1 with so much more confidence, curiosity, and heart. So proud of how far they’ve come and excited to see what’s next for this group 💛 A big thank you to our Kindergarten teachers, Angel and Melody, for the care, patience, and energy they bring every day, and to our PTA for putting together such a special move-up celebration for our students and families.
