Strategic Vision
During the 2022–2023 school year, a task force made up of faculty, staff, students, parents, and members of the PTA and Board of Directors engaged in a comprehensive strategic planning process informed by feedback from the broader KAS community. These efforts culminated in a new strategic framework, adopted by the Board of Directors, that includes three major intents that will guide school improvement efforts in the next three to five years.
