Founded in 1989, KAS is a fully accredited PreK–12 international school. We believe that a rich, holistic, and international education prepares students for an increasingly complex, multicultural, and rapidly changing world. 🌟 Future Leaders Program | Summer Internship Spotlight This summer, KAS students stepped beyond the classroom and into professional workplaces through our Future Leaders Program (FLP), gaining valuable hands-on experience while exploring future career paths. These are just two of the many internship opportunities our students participated in this summer. At Kaohsiung Medical University (KMU), students built foundational laboratory skills through hands-on research, learning techniques such as PCR, ELISA, Western Blotting, tissue processing, and cell staining, while also participating in literature reviews, data analysis, and laboratory meetings. Students also interned with HD Renewable Energy and Star Electronics, where they worked across the Business, Engineering, and Legal divisions. From supporting business initiatives and learning about renewable energy projects to gaining insight into international legal operations, students experienced firsthand how different teams collaborate within a global company.
