Looking for a summer session that feeds both the belly and the brain? The Global Plate is a high-energy, hands-on exploration of the world through the lens of food. We aren’t just cooking; we’re researching, writing, and sequencing our way through the global pantry. In this session, students become “Food Heroes,” discovering the incredible journey of ingredients from farm to fork.

In our Future City Builders session, Dragon Campers step into the shoes of urban planners, architects, and environmental scientists. This week isn’t just about building tall towers; it’s about designing with a purpose. Throughout the week, we integrate technical literacy and persuasive writing as students move from sketches to 3D models. They will learn to articulate their ideas, label their innovations, and draft the “rules” of a functioning, sustainable community.
