David is a native of California and completed his Ph.D. in Chemistry at UC Davis. He has taught chemistry and biochemistry in Oregon at Portland Community College and has been teaching AP and A-Level chemistry for the last 8 years in Beijing. He very much looks forward to becoming a Dragon and joining the team at KAS and expanding into the IB program.
David is a mountain ultra trail runner and his wife, Simina, loves the beach – so they are excited to live in Kaohsiung and enjoy the mountains and the ocean all on the same day.
