The KAS Library is a welcoming and inclusive space that creates lifelong, compassionate readers and information-literate students, while supporting teachers and fostering parents’ involvement in their child’s love of reading.

How can families use the library?
Parents are welcome to visit the library after school from 3:20 pm – 4:30 pm every weekday, except Wednesday, and on the first Saturday of each month from 8:30 am – 12:30 pm for our Open Library days. Families are also invited to join the Library’s Family Read Alouds which are held on the first and third Monday of each month at 3:30 pm.
Prior to your first visit, please create a library account, by clicking on “Create a Patron Account.”
As a KAS Parent, you also have access to our school databases, digital reading options, free online resources, and audiobooks. To access these resources for you and your child click on your child’s school above.

Hours
The library is open 7:30 am–4:30 pm every weekday, except Wednesdays (closes at 2:30 pm), and on the first Saturday of each month from 8:30 am–12:30 pm
On weekdays (excluding Wednesdays), KAS Parents & Families are asked to visit the library from 3:20 pm–5:00 pm so as not to interfere with student usage.
Donations
We are happy to accept book donations! Books can be in any language and must be current, in good condition, and relevant to our students.
