Jessica Huang is excited to be part of the teaching staff at KAS as a biology teacher for grade 9. She found a passion for education after receiving a Bachelor of Foreign Service from Georgetown University in Science and Technology Policy and went on to receive a Master’s of Secondary Education from Stanford University. With seventeen years of combined teaching and leadership experience in public schools in San Francisco, she is excited to embark on this new journey with her family. Ms. Huang is certified to teach Secondary Biology with a BCLAD and also has a clear administrative credential from the state of California. Ms. Huang was born and raised in Arizona where she graduated with an IB diploma as a high schooler. She has also lived in Washington, DC, and San Francisco. Ms. Huang is here in Kaohsiung with her two children and spouse who also attend and work at KAS. They love traveling, exploring, and eating their way through Taiwan.
